Product Discovery Immersion

Jeff Patton & Associates has designed a fast-paced, high energy event for Product Teams

sketching in a discovery immersionIf a typical course is like learning to swim from a powerpoint deck, our 5-day immersion is like being thrown into the deep end of the pool. But, don’t worry. We’re here with water wings and some good coaching to keep you from drowning.

Typical training courses give you solutions, but leave you with problems.

In a typical 2-day Lean Startup, Lean UX or product ownership course, you’ll be exposed to lots of ideas, and maybe get a taste of a lot of practices. But you and your team will be left with the challenge of applying what you learned with simple classroom examples to your messier real world.

A product discovery immersion puts teams to work on the tough problems in their backlogs today.

This course is a 1-week full immersion course.

With this course, you will:

  • Receive your Scrum Product Owner Certification
  • Walk away with material you can leverage
  • Solve your company’s design challenges during the workshop, with coaching for the best results

We know sending your team out of the office for one week is a lot to consider. However, your team will gain knowledge, experience, and, ideally, produce a validated product design ready to move forward into delivery. Or, the team may discover that it’s best to pivot, to substantially change the idea, or abandon it outright. The week is invaluable and worth the commitment. Your company will move ahead, not get behind.
