Online – Live Office Hours with Jeff Patton & Jeff Gothelf – January 2020

January 15 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm CST

JANUARY 15, 2020 @ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM CET

(9:00 PST / 12:00 EST / 17:00 GMT)
lean ux sense and respond user storymapping

Register now to spend 2 hours online with Jeff and Jeff, authors of Lean UX, Sense & Respond and User Storymapping,  discussing the challenges your organization faces implementing modern agile practices, product management, software engineering, design and scrum.

Our first session went so well we decided to do another one. Sign up now to reserve your spot.

Whenever we teach together it seems there’s never enough time to answer all the questions teams have about how to improve their ways of working. We thought we’d remedy that with these office hours. Each session will be 2 hours long and will have us walk through your toughest questions.

Wednesday, January 15 at 9:00 PST / 12:00 EST / 17:00 GMT / 18:00 CET

A 2-hour question and answer session with Jeff Patton and Jeff Gothelf focusing on the specific problems you’re facing with your team (or company) modernizing the way you to work. Questions we expect to answer include:

  • How to focus on outcomes
  • How to ensure that customer needs are always met
  • What is dual-track agile?
  • How do you scale product teams?
  • What are some best practices for building successful storymaps?
  • How to create a reliable delivery strategy?
  • What does an agile roadmap look like?
  • What makes for a good experiment?
  • What is an MVP?
  • How can I fit design and research into my sprints?

….and anything else that may be an obstacle for your team to deliver more value to your customers.

Jeff and Jeff presenting live online during office hours

Once registered you will receive an email with a link to the webinar and a link to a Slido page. The Slido page is where we will capture all the questions for the office hours session. We will open up this page a week before the webinar at which time you will be able to submit questions for us to answer and up/down vote questions other attendees suggested.

Voting will close right before the webinar. Based on the voting at that time, we will work our way through as many questions as we can during the 2-hour session from the top voted item on down.

We will spend 7 minutes on each topic sharing experience, coaching tips, slides, sketches and templates for you to use after the session is over. After each 7 minute period we will check if the attendees want to continue discussing the current topic for another 3 minutes and proceed as that vote goes. If you’re familiar with Lean Coffee, it will be a lot like that.

  • We will record the session and make it available to you forever after the session
  • We will send a recap email from both Jeffs sharing the key themes of the session, the key takeaways and resources to check out related to the discussion
  • We will also share all of the material we showed in the webinar
